Holidazzle

Mid-December found our family traveling back to the city, for the third time in three weeks...this time to take in the dazzling and exciting---Holidazzle Parade!

The temperatures were frigid so we bundled up in blankets, snow pants, boots & wool socks, hats & mittens...and still froze our butts off. We sat on the curb, with thousands of fellow crazies, and watched the 1/2 hour parade pass within a few feet in front of us. There were literally thousands of lights on the various floats along with festive music. Everything was sparkling and glittering. We all loved it---it was a cool (literally and figuratively) way to spend a Friday night.
