shasta and i did a little photo shoot of them a few weeks ago.

jessica wanted to surprise nick with some pics of the kids for father's day.

and of course, we were happy to oblige.

the photoshoot itself was a little tricky since shasta is on partial bedrest and wasn't having a particularly good day that day

(she is five months pregnant with their third bambino, in case anyone didn't know) 

plus it was a hot & sunny day, casting lots of shadows.

luke was just back from the eye doctor and had his pupils dilated, so he had to wear sunglasses for comfort out in the sun. 

and it was interesting (challenging) to get all three to cooperate especially since some of the other little cousins were running about playing - but we managed and get several cute photos.

and jessica and nick were both happy with the results.

little lydia is a gorgeous little girl - shasta took these pictures and i edited them...

we actually teamwork together quite well even though we each have different photography styles.

and luke & levi - adorable little boys

definitely charming but full of (fun) mischief too
