(Emma's scanned list:)
Ana had a few errands to do in town this afternoon and asked Emma if she wanted to go along. We did the usual for Emma before the two of them left…potty break, brush hair, wash face & hands…when we were finished she ran to the desk, found a piece of paper and scribbled on it for a minute and then tucked it into her pocket…and then the two of them left for town, making stops at the post office and gas station. Once inside the gas station Emma whipped the paper out of her pocket and announced to Ana that she had a LIST…and on her list was written cookies and pop. Studying her list she said, “See Ana…cookies and pop,” as she pointed to the scribbled words…and then she took Ana by the hand to go in search of the cookies.

We all know that effective managers always make a list. And apparently her scribbled list was effective enough, because she came home with a small package of cookies to share…
