Ceara brought Marissa and Emma ice-skating one afternoon during our Christmas vacation. Colter went along, too, not because he wanted to skate, but because he wanted to walk around on the frozen lake - and he also offered to shovel off a little skating area for them. A short time later Shasta, Elsie and James joined all of them. Everything in our family is done as a group - and this afternoon was no exception.
There was only a dusting of snow and the ice was so smooth and so pretty, making the skating fun and easy....
