We tidy up the house...
the kids and I (mostly the kids) dust & vacuum and sweep and pick up the never ending piles of clutter...
and I wonder what its like to have a non-messy home.
They create silly faces with the dusting spray...
I clean the fridge...
{gag}
Not sure what this dish had been once-upon-a-time, but it certainly looked disgusting and it smelled even worse.
Sad thing is, this wasn't the only thing that looked like this in the fridge....
They perch themselves on the back of the couch to look out the window.
They tell me they have a better view that way.
Sometimes I wonder about these kids of mine.
They spend time on homework.
Oh funny, did i say homework?
I really meant messing around on the computer and texting friends...
They mess around...
and wear mismatched clothes that are too small for them.
The pool and hot tub at the local motel are a good way to end the day...
the kids frolic and swim
{and tease and cannon ball each other}
Colter, Marissa, Emma & Elsie...
and later Ted and Ceara joined us.
Wayne and I are old
and boring...
No bikinis or martinis for us.
We spend our Saturday night poolside with a newspaper and the computer
and a gaggle of kids.
We both wear reading glasses now,
proving just how old we really are.
Waynes are crooked from being sat on and tossed about
and mine are purple and, i think, kinda sexy.
{smile}

You forgot to mention those sexy purple glasses are now held together with a dab of superglue thus the bow must stay open! That is my favorite part of your glasses!!
